Incorporated in March 1985 by the developer, Centex Homes, the purpose of the Jamestown Village Homeowners Association is to serve the needs of its 100 member households. As the governing body of this planned community, the core responsibilities of the Association are to:

  • Oversee, maintain, improve and insure the common property (including park, playground, pond, paths, trees, fields, fences and common drives.)

  • Preserve the architectural theme of the neighborhood which, in turn, preserves or increases our property values.
